This is the workplace with the most smiles I've ever been to.
I want to work here forever.
1 year and 8 months of TFE experience (27 years old)
Job description
I originally joined the company as a temporary employee, but thankfully I was asked to become a full-time employee, and I have been working as a full-time employee since October 2021. I was also a temporary employee in my previous job. I have children, so I was thinking, "One day I'll become a full-time employee..." This made me even happier. Now I'm in charge of clerical work such as scheduling construction work and returning unused parts on-site. My job is to act as a liaison between customers and our own workers. At first, I hardly knew the names of the parts when they were told to me, but I'm now memorizing them one by one, taking notes and drawing pictures each time. I'm happy that people are relying on me more and more, such as calling me and asking for advice from other temporary employees.
What I Gained Beyond Responsibility
I think I've always had a strong sense of responsibility, but now that I'm a full-time employee, I feel that even more. I feel like the amount of responsibility, what required of me, and what’s expected of me have changes. I always want to live up to that. For example, recently, I've learned the job and have more peace of mind, so I think I'm gradually becoming able to look around me. I've had more opportunities to suggest things I've noticed, and I've become able to confidently say what I think when asked for my opinion. I still have a long way to go, but I feel like I'm growing as a person by being given responsibility. Now, I'm working hard every day with the aim of becoming someone who is needed by the people around me.
This is what I like most about TFE
A workplace where there are a lot of smiles.
I've seen many different workplaces, but I feel like there are a lot of smiles here. I'm from Miyagi, so I don't know many people in Aichi, but everyone is friendly and talks to me a lot, so I was able to fit in right away. Also, since I have to finish work at 6pm and pick up my child from daycare at 7pm, everyone is considerate so that I can finish work early. When I told my mother at home about the company, she was very relieved. I want to continue working here for a long time. I also want to contribute to the company as much as I can and grow into an employee that is needed by the company.
