Policy for Protection of Personal Information
Totsu Field Engineering Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "our company" or "we") handles a large amount of personal information while engaged in the telecommunications infrastructure construction business, network construction business, and telecommunications equipment business.

(2) We will comply with all Japanese laws and regulations related to personal information protection, including the Personal Information Protection Act, government guidelines, and other related standards (industry guidelines, etc.).
(3) In order to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information, the Company will establish internal regulations and a system of responsibility and take appropriate safety measures. In addition, the Company will regularly inspect the content of the safety measures and take corrective measures if any deficiencies are found.
(4) In order to implement this policy, we will establish a personal information protection management system (including this policy and rules and regulations regarding personal information protection), ensure that our employees and other relevant parties are fully aware of it, and implement and maintain it, while also continually improving it.
(5) We will educate our employees on the importance of protecting personal information, appoint a person in charge of personal information protection in each organization that handles personal information, and strive to manage personal information appropriately.
