TFE Development Policy
In our industry, it is often said that "company level = technical ability." Since people design, build, and continue to operate the equipment, it is very important to develop highly skilled human resources. At TFE, we clarify the company's activity policy, such as how people should be and what they should learn to contribute to the community and society in this industry. On top of that, we systematically implement human skills training and technical skills training to create job satisfaction, and we place the greatest emphasis on supporting development and growth, such as a qualification support system for obtaining valid national qualifications. "No one drops out at TFE!" With this as our basic policy, we will continue to diversify our business to find and utilize the talents of each individual.
CAREER PLAN
