TFE Development Policy

Since people design, build, and continue to operate the equipment, it is very important to develop highly skilled human resources. At TFE, we clarify the company's activity policy, such as how people should be and what they should learn to contribute to the community and society in this industry. On top of that, we systematically implement human skills training and technical skills training to create job satisfaction, and we place the greatest emphasis on supporting development and growth, such as a qualification support system for obtaining valid national qualifications. Qualification acquisition support

We fully subsidize the cost of taking national qualifications and technical skill courses required for the job. We are actively supporting employees in obtaining qualifications, including by providing bonuses to those who pass national qualifications such as construction management engineers, information technology engineers, and construction managers.

New graduate employee training

Day 1

Company regulations, social etiquette, how to use the company's internal systems, annual events, current business plans, mid- to long-term business plans, compliance education, proper information management, importance of communication

Days 2 to 4

Lectures on basic knowledge of networks, mobile devices, inside railway tracks, and electricity, and site visits

Day 5-6

Practical training at technical training center (customer facility)
