He honed his interpersonal skills and

13 years of TFE experience (36 years old)
Job description
After getting married, I changed jobs to TFE in search of a more stable workplace with a promising future. I had previously worked in electrical construction, so the fact that I could utilize that experience was also a deciding factor. My first job was a site survey for laying optical cables between utility poles. After that, I was in charge of LAN cable and optical cable construction, and since September 2021 I have been working in the Mobile Group at the Toyokawa Sales Office, supervising the arrangement of construction work to install wireless devices and antennas for mobile base stations. The interesting thing about this job is that I can decide the schedule and construction arrangements myself and proceed with them. I feel a great sense of accomplishment when I complete a construction project as I expected. I also find it rewarding to be able to build new infrastructure and work on new technologies.
What I Gained Beyond Responsibility
I have been transferred to the Mobile Group, where needs will continue to grow, and I feel that I am expected to quickly become a leader in this field and lead the company. Until now, I often went to the site alone and worked with my hands, but in the Mobile Group, each site will be handled by a team of about four people. I think that collaborating with others is a challenge for me. However, fortunately, TFE has many seniors who excel in interpersonal skills. Even these seniors have said that they have "overcome difficulties," so I believe that I can overcome them as well, and I will move forward. Mobile is a field that will continue to grow, so I believe that by fulfilling my responsibilities to meet expectations, I can build a foundation for the Mobile Group.
This is what I like most about TFE
The happiness of our employees and their families comes first.
It's a place where you can really feel that the president puts his employees first. The president's favorite phrase is "For the happiness of employees and their families." He doesn't just say it, he gives back profits in the form of salaries and bonuses. I think it's also good that I'm close to the president. He just stops by and asks, "How are you doing lately?" We have a relationship where we can talk casually about not only work but also general things. When I transferred to the Mobile Group, he called out to me and said, "It's going to be hard and unpleasant at first, but will you be okay?" It's nice to have such a close relationship with the management, with the president caring about his employees like this.
